Get to know the Infill Nashville team

John Brittle

The Infill Nashville Team was founded in 2008 after John had spent the previous 18 years selling homes and land in the Nashville area. A graduate of Belmont University, John is a Nashville native and a Realtor here since 1987. In addition to being a Broker, his Realtor designations are ABR, CRS, E-PRO, GREEN, GRI, SFR, and SRES. He served on the board of the local Realtor Association, GNAR, and has chaired numerous committees.

John spends most of his time aggregating and subdividing parcels in Nashville, and on occasion, re-zoning them. His clients are landowners, Rental Property Owners, Developers, Builders, and currently a local university. In the past, John has worked with numerous non-profits, churches, and schools.

Director of Sales, Realtor

Mary Beth Thomas has become one of Nashville’s most respected real estate professionals and is known for giving both sellers and buyers a competitive advantage. She’s a problem solver and creative strategic deal maker who has made her mark helping clients buy homes that seemed unattainable. She’s known for persevering and “going all out” on behalf of her clients, advising them in significant transactions that often move quickly.

She is committed to developing trusting relationships with both clients and peers, and she’s ranked as one of the highest listing agents in Nashville. She is a sought-after, high-end real estate sales agent representing some of the most exclusive properties in the city.

Director of Operations, Realtor

Having worked alongside some of Nashville’s top producers, Christine brings to Infill Nashville a vast knowledge of managerial concepts needed for a successful and efficient team. She has successfully assisted the growth of real estate teams in Nashville for the past 3 years. As a native Nashvillian, Christine attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in both Marketing and Entrepreneurship.

She is often spotted playing with the dogs she fosters from Metro Animal Control, sunbathing on Old Hickory Lake, running down Broadway with her pitbull Gracie, or wistfully looking at flights for places she’s yet to travel. Christine is the reason we stay so organized and we are glad to have her as our ship captain!

Land Specialist, Realtor

A Nashville native, Joe is the Infill Team’s Realtor extraordinaire. He’s been licensed for four years, but has spent more than three of those solely focused on residential land development. A graduate from East Tennessee State University, Joe puts his degree in Psychology to great use as he leads the Infill Team’s neighborhood outreach efforts, striking a delicate balance between progressive and conscientious development.

Before real estate, Joe spent the previous decade and a half making Rock n’ Roll records on Music Row. He brings that same passion and creativity to his work in real estate and development.

Land Planner

Before joining Infill Nashville in 2016, Jason spent 13 years as a Planner for Metro Nashville. His knowledge of the local Planning, Zoning, and Codes Departments rivals anyone in the local real estate and development industries. He holds a Masters in Regional Planning from SUNY Albany and a BA in Sociology from Mississippi State. Having Jason as part of Infill Nashville, gives us that extra edge like no other real estate team!

Jason likes to spend his free time outdoors, bicycle touring with his dog Hamilton, and traveling with his wife Sabrina. We have convinced him to commute via car to our Green Hills office, but he’d secretly prefer to cycle.

When she was asked to follow her husband in a job transfer to Tennessee, she instantly fell in love with Nashville. The exciting urban flare of downtown inspired her to jump in with both feet. Stephanie works closely with John to help coordinate the development of properties by working with the Metro Planning Department.

Stephanie volunteers regularly for the Open Door Mission and Food Bank for the Heartland. Her hobby is a love of food photography and dining out in any of the great cities she visits!
